When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password. For tenant (academy) accounts, we also collect organization name and billing information.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, puzzle attempts, game results, and session duration.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by our payment partner (iyzico). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. We receive transaction confirmations and billing metadata.

Chessoft operates a multi-tenant architecture. Each academy's data is isolated in a separate database schema. Academy administrators can only access data belonging to their own organization.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When a tenant account is terminated, associated user data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law to retain longer.

We use essential cookies for authentication (HttpOnly secure session cookies) and preference storage (theme, locale). We do not use third-party tracking cookies without your consent.
